You must Reload your Tandem App for these fixes to take effect.
New features:
- Work App Sharing — Added new AI tools, including Claude, Cursor and more to the list of supported apps.
- Real-Time Captions & Summary — Add real-time captions and summary for your sessions.
- By default, Captions are disabled. Tandem does not record or transcribe any of your conversations - they are indeed totally secure and not stored anywhere.
- To have Captions enabled, please write to support@tandem.chat or send us a message via the Intercom chat available in the main Tandem window.
- The Team’s Admin can then turn on the feature for your team.
- Depending on your subscription you get free hours each calendar month for Captions as follows:
- Small sub: 5 hours
- Medium sub: 15 hours
- Large sub: 30 hours
- Additional hours can be purchased at $5/hour. All metering is by the minute.
- Captions can then be turned on or off by your team members for each session.
- The resultant transcription and summary can then be downloaded and deleted by you. Tandem automatically deletes your data in 30 days after an email alert.
