1. Fixed some bugs

• Profile picture upload - was failing for certain image types.
• Meeting link joining - sometimes users who join by a meeting link can see their browser just refresh.

2. Restricted billing view to only Admins

• If you don't want someone in your team to look at the Billing screen, make them a Member.

3. Misc logging

• For better visibility for the Tandem team.
