You can now get the Tandem Chrome Extension to schedule Tandem meetings directly within Google Calendar.
Teammates can join your meeting link from their calendar in one click!
We also have a few additional features to help you better collaborate during calls when you add our extension.
If you invite someone doesn't have Tandem yet installed, they'll be guided to download it when they click the link. You can also invite and meet with other Tandem teams!
Team Sections help you organize your teammates in different sections.
When adding to a section those teammates will always be visible even if they join a room or meeting.
This is one of the many solutions to help large teams see the most relevant meetings, rooms, and people.
Click on the [+] button in the Team section, then "Create new section".
Right click on a teammate and move them to a section, or Add them to a new section.
While in a call, make sure to be in expanded mode. Then, click the hand to high-five a teammate!
If you a teammates raises their hand you can click it to high five them. You can do that in any mode or dimension of the call window.
There are three ways to have meetings on Tandem:
1) Automatic Meeting Rooms (Google Calendar only for now) - Meetings with internal participants will automatically appear in Tandem.
2) Quick Meetings  - Click + to create a quick meeting.
3) Meeting Links - Get a link from + and put it into Calendar (scheduler chrome extension coming soon!)
Meeting Links work like other meeting apps - they give recipients access to the meeting, but not your team. If they don't have Tandem, they'll be prompted to install, then taken straight to the meeting (browser-mode coming soon!).
